UNITERS has developed an entire series including auxiliaries which help to achieve that perfect smooth edge on any leather available.
EP 2000 is our range of water based matt edge paints designed to colour raw edges of belts, bags, wallets and shoes.
With fillers, primers, thinners, plus of course the option for a matt or glossy Top Coat, you have got all your bases covered.
The impeccable quality of the raw materials and resins ensure high performances in terms of wet and dry rub-fastness and flexibility from -25°C to +55°C.
The EP 2000 can be applied by machine or by hand, with or without heat in one or more coatings without any adhesion problems. To achieve the best results we recommend to prep the leather edge with a suitable primer/ filler. The edges will be mat, round and full with a smooth touch.
Uniters colors can be mixed to achieve the perfect matching color for your project. This set also includes black and white, solely for mixing your own shades.
If you don’t feel like mixing yourself, we can help with that. Just send us a piece of the leather or a RAL code for the color and we can in collaboration with UNITERS customize your own personal edge paint.
We suggest to use EP FILLER or EP FULL as primers for your raw edge.
