ECOSTICK® 1816B by INTERCOM 

One of our favorite glues, nearly odorless and easy to apply and work with. 

Technical facts and Characteristics:
Water based adhesive ideal for coupling leather, eco-leather, fabrics, covers, cardboards. Ideal for gluing PVC, EVA, nylon and ready maderubbers.
Ideal for gluing greasy leather with presence of grease up to15%.

Application: 
Apply ECOSTICK® 1816B glue on both sides. Let it dry for a short amount of time. Couple both sides within 20 minutes after drying and press with a clamp or glue roller. 
If the 20 minutes are exceeded you can reactivate the glue by heat application (heat gun) at 60°-70° degrees. Proceed as described above. 

The adhesive can be applied on one side to couple leather with textiles, moltoprene, foam rubber: apply plenty of ECOSTICK® 1816B on leather or on material not so absorbing and couple immediately.

Cold bonding: up to 20 min. after the adhesive is dried.
Reactivation by heating: within 48 hours.

Bottle Size: 250 ml 

Transportation during winter time by air is not recommended, temperatures go below 0 and the glue cannot be used if it had been frozen.
